ABOUT ME
My name is Nick Silk and I am a Sophomore at the University of Michigan studying Public Policy with a minor in Writing. I grew up in Los Angeles, California, which I think makes me cool? The verdict is still out.
I am an avid Michigan and Boston-related sports fan, an obsessive Michael Scott quoter, and a somewhat respectable beer pong player. More than anything, I try to be a good person, whether that be with my family, my friends, or the people I see once in a lifetime.
This website is a tribute to my grandmother, who passed away unexpectedly this semester. Due to my scholarly obligations, I was unable to go home and give a formal farewell - this portfolio serves as my good-bye to her. I set out to share her story and celebrate her life, and I hope you enjoy it.
