This project was fun to make, but again, it is speculative fiction. While many of the themes and materials presented were based off real-world people and events, they weren't the full truth. Here, I want to provide a space for you to learn the truth, whether about the actual dangers of the January 6th insurrection, its aftermath, or the broader threats to American democracy that shaped the insurrection and continue today. I've provided some articles that I believe effectively highlight these dangers. I hope this page can be educational and informative and show that while our nation makes progress, there are still systemic issues that put into question its pledge of "liberty and justice for all."
